Laser Inscription: Eligible diamonds feature a unique laser inscription on the girdle matching their official grading report. You can verify your diamond’s authentic specifications at any time on the official GIA or IGI verification portals.

Small Diamond Exception: Please note that independent lab certification is standard for larger stones. For smaller accent diamonds (typically ranging from 0.01 to 0.49 carats), individual laboratory certificates are generally not issued due to industry standards. However, GPX Diamonds guarantees that 100% of these smaller diamonds are genuine and of premium grade.
2. Return Timeline & Conditions
We offer a structured 21-day return policy designed exclusively to address technical operational standards:

Initial Physical Defects (2-Day Reporting Window): If your jewelry or loose diamond arrives with any manufacturing or physical defects, you must report it to us within 2 days of delivery. The standard 21-day window does not cover initial physical defects; immediate reporting ensures we can file transit claims with our secure logistics partners.

Technical Structural Issues (21-Day Window): Our 21-day return window applies exclusively to structural or technical discrepancies that may become apparent after delivery (such as a loose setting or a malfunctioning clasp/screw mechanism).

Strict Exclusions: This policy strictly does not cover any external physical damage incurred after successful delivery, including accidental breakage, structural dents, surface scratches, or unauthorized third-party alterations/resizing.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To maintain maximum security for high-value assets, all returns must follow our secure custody chain:

4. Inspection & Refund Procedure

Quality Control Check: Once the returned item is securely received at our facility, our gemologists will inspect the diamond and setting to verify that its laser inscription, certificate, and physical condition match our original dispatch records.

Timeline: Upon successful verification and approval of the return, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 working days.
