  • Your diamonds are valued at up to 70% of the current market rate.

  • Your gold is valued at 95% of the current market rate.

  • Only the new making charges and design costs will be applicable to your new purchase.

Terms & Conditions

To ensure a smooth and secure process, the following conditions apply to all resell, buyback, and exchange requests:

  • Original Documents: This policy is valid only upon presenting the Original Invoice and the Authentic Laboratory Certificate (GIA, IGI, HRD, SGL, or any other certificate provided at the time of purchase).

  • Certificate Condition: The physical certificate must be returned in proper, undamaged condition. Please store it in a safe place.

  • Product Eligibility: This policy applies exclusively to authentic GPX Diamonds products. Non-certified diamonds are strictly not eligible for buyback or exchange.

  • Product Condition: Jewelry must be returned in good condition. Damaged, resized, or altered items will be evaluated only after deducting the necessary repair or restoration costs.

  • Waiting Period: The buyback option becomes active and available after 3 years from the original invoice date.

  • Refund & Payouts: Payouts above ₹50,000 will be processed strictly via bank transfer (no cash payments). The resale value will be credited to your verified bank account within 30 days.

  • Exclusions: Products purchased specifically for astrological purposes are not eligible for buyback or exchange.
