1. Domestic Shipping & Delivery (India)

We offer fully secure and reliable domestic shipping services across major cities and regions.

  • Delivery Timeline: Standard domestic shipments are processed swiftly and typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your specific location.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Eligibility: To provide maximum convenience, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all orders with a total value under ₹65,000. The full order amount can be settled seamlessly at the exact time of delivery.

  • Open-Box Inspection: For absolute peace of mind and transparency, customers are permitted to open the shipping container and personally inspect the jewelry or certified diamond before handing over the final payment to our logistics agent.

  • Custom Jewelry Orders: For bespoke and custom-designed jewelry orders, we require a nominal 5% advance payment to initiate production. The entire remaining 95% balance can be settled via COD upon delivery (provided the total balance falls within the eligible COD limits).

All such additional regulatory fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs bureau to determine applicable charges prior to finalizing your order.
